Ця політика пояснює, які дані Hunting Ground (далі — «ми», «сайт») отримує про вас, навіщо, хто їх бачить і як ви ними керуєте. Ми намагалися писати просто, без юридичних хитрощів.

1. Хто відповідає за ваші дані

Розпорядник даних: адміністрація Hunting Ground. Зв'язок з питань даних: huntingground.top@proton.me або Discord-сервер Hunting Ground. Сайт — неофіційний фанатський проєкт і не пов'язаний з Crytek чи Valve.

2. Які дані ми отримуємо

  • Зі Steam під час входу: ваш Steam ID. Пароль, коди Steam Guard, пошту й номер телефону ми не отримуємо ніколи — вхід відбувається на сайті Steam.
  • Публічний профіль Steam: нік, аватар, країна, статус онлайн / «у грі» (лише якщо ваш профіль Steam відкритий).
  • Дані Steam Web API за вашим Steam ID: години в Hunt: Showdown 1896, досягнення, наявність VAC- та ігрових банів, видимість профілю, дата створення акаунта Steam. Ми оновлюємо їх не частіше ніж раз на 6 годин.
  • Те, що ви створюєте на сайті: контракти, повідомлення, підписки, блокування, налаштування приватності.
  • Ігри на сайті: ваші спроби в «Зброї дня», результати, серія днів і нараховані «Душі».
  • Тріумфи: великі рубежі, які сайт фіксує сам — години в Hunt, усі досягнення, місце в лідерборді, титули «Душ», серія «Зброї дня». Показуються у стрічці «Тріумфи мисливців» і в досьє; вимикаються в налаштуваннях акаунта.
  • Активність: час вашого останнього візиту — щоб показувати «онлайн» і «востаннє був на сайті».
  • Push-сповіщення (лише якщо ви їх увімкнете): адреса підписки браузера, ключі шифрування й мова пристрою.
  • Технічні дані: IP-адреса та журнали запитів — лише для захисту від зловживань і збоїв.

3. Навіщо й на якій підставі

  • Щоб сайт працював (вхід, досьє, повідомлення) — виконання договору, тобто Умов використання.
  • Публічний показ у лідерборді, топі «Душ», стрічці тріумфів і досьє — ваша згода. Ви змінюєте її будь-коли в налаштуваннях акаунта.
  • Безпека (захист від спаму, шахрайських посилань, злому) — законний інтерес.

Ми не продаємо дані, не показуємо рекламу й не використовуємо трекери для реклами.

4. Хто бачить ваші дані

  • Інші користувачі — тільки те, що дозволяють ваші налаштування приватності. Усім видно ваш нік, аватар, чи ви зараз на сайті або коли були востаннє, а також «Душі» й титул у топі та досьє. Закритий акаунт приховує статистику від усіх.
  • Наші підрядники, які допомагають сайту працювати: хостинг Cloudflare, Inc. (США). Вони обробляють дані лише за нашими інструкціями.
  • Сервіси push-сповіщень вашого браузера (Google, Mozilla, Apple, Microsoft) — лише якщо ви ввімкнули сповіщення. Вони лише доставляють сповіщення; його вміст зашифрований.
  • Державні органи — лише якщо цього вимагає закон.

5. Як довго ми зберігаємо дані

  • Дані акаунта й статистика — поки існує акаунт.
  • Після видалення акаунта — усе стирається протягом 30 днів (разом з резервними копіями).
  • Повідомлення: «Видалити чат у себе» прибирає листування лише у вас; у співрозмовника копія лишається, доки він її не видалить або не видалить свій акаунт.
  • Технічні журнали — до 30 днів.
  • Контракти — 30 днів після завершення або видалення, сповіщення — 90 днів, тріумфи — рік. Сайт прибирає застарілі записи сам, раз на добу.

6. Ваші права

Ви можете в будь-який момент:

  • отримати копію своїх даних — кнопка «Завантажити мої дані» в налаштуваннях акаунта;
  • виправити дані або обмежити їх показ — налаштування приватності;
  • видалити акаунт і всі дані — налаштування акаунта;
  • відкликати згоду на публічний показ і заперечити проти обробки;
  • поскаржитися до органу з захисту даних: в Україні — Уповноважений Верховної Ради України з прав людини, в ЄС — орган вашої країни.

З будь-яким запитом пишіть на huntingground.top@proton.me або через Discord-сервер Hunting Ground — відповімо протягом 30 днів.

7. Вік

Сайтом можуть користуватися особи від 16 років.

8. Cookies і локальне сховище

Ми використовуємо лише необхідне: cookie сесії (щоб ви залишалися в акаунті), вибір мови та ваші налаштування в браузері. Аналітичних і рекламних cookies немає, тому окремої згоди на них не потрібно. У браузері також зберігаються історія рандомайзера, тренування «Зброї дня» і налаштування ігор для стриму — вони нікуди не надсилаються. Шрифти розміщені на нашому сервері; лише сторінки OBS-віджета статистики поки завантажують шрифти з Google Fonts.

Ігри для стриму (Bayou Battle, Bayou Derby) читають публічний чат Twitch прямо в браузері стримера. Повідомлення чату на наш сервер не надходять і не зберігаються.

9. Передача даних за кордон

Сайт працює на глобальній мережі серверів Cloudflare (компанія зі США), тож дані можуть оброблятися поза ЄС. Якщо підрядник обробляє дані поза ЄС, ми використовуємо стандартні договірні умови Європейської комісії.

10. Зміни

Про суттєві зміни ми попередимо на сайті щонайменше за 14 днів. Номер версії й дата — угорі сторінки.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Hunting Ground ("we", "the site") receives about you, why, who sees it and how you control it. We tried to write it plainly, without legal tricks.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Data controller: the Hunting Ground administration. Data contact: huntingground.top@proton.me or the Hunting Ground Discord server. The site is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with Crytek or Valve.

2. What data we receive

  • From Steam when you sign in: your Steam ID. We never receive your password, Steam Guard codes, email or phone number — you sign in on the Steam website.
  • Public Steam profile: nickname, avatar, country, online / "in game" status (only if your Steam profile is public).
  • Steam Web API data by your Steam ID: hours in Hunt: Showdown 1896, achievements, whether the account has VAC or game bans, profile visibility, Steam account creation date. We refresh it at most once every 6 hours.
  • What you create on the site: contracts, messages, follows, blocks, privacy settings.
  • Games on the site: your guesses in "Weapon of the day", results, day streak and the souls you earned.
  • Triumphs: big milestones the site records by itself — hours in Hunt, all achievements, leaderboard place, soul titles, the "Weapon of the day" streak. They appear in the "Hunter triumphs" feed and your dossier; you can turn them off in Account settings.
  • Activity: the time of your last visit — to show "online" and "last seen on the site".
  • Push notifications (only if you turn them on): your browser's subscription address, encryption keys and the device language.
  • Technical data: IP address and request logs — only to protect against abuse and failures.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

  • To run the site (sign-in, dossier, messages) — performance of a contract, i.e. the Terms of Use.
  • Public display in the leaderboard, the souls top, the triumphs feed and your dossier — your consent. You can change it anytime in Account settings.
  • Security (spam, scam links, account takeover) — legitimate interest.

We don't sell data, show ads or use advertising trackers.

4. Who sees your data

  • Other users — only what your privacy settings allow. Everyone sees your nickname, avatar, whether you are on the site now or when you were last seen, and your souls and title in the top and your dossier. A private account hides your statistics from everyone.
  • Our processors that keep the site running: hosting by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). They process data only on our instructions.
  • Your browser's push services (Google, Mozilla, Apple, Microsoft) — only if you turned notifications on. They only deliver the notification; its content is encrypted.
  • Authorities — only when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep data

  • Account data and statistics — while the account exists.
  • After account deletion — everything is erased within 30 days (including backups).
  • Messages: "Delete chat for me" removes the conversation only for you; the other person keeps their copy until they delete it or their account.
  • Technical logs — up to 30 days.
  • Contracts — 30 days after they end or are deleted, notifications — 90 days, triumphs — one year. The site removes outdated records by itself once a day.

6. Your rights

At any time you can:

  • get a copy of your data — the "Download my data" button in Account settings;
  • correct data or restrict its display — privacy settings;
  • delete your account and all data — Account settings;
  • withdraw consent to public display and object to processing;
  • complain to a data protection authority: in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, in the EU — the authority of your country.

For any request write to huntingground.top@proton.me or on the Hunting Ground Discord server — we reply within 30 days.

7. Age

The site may be used by people aged 16 and over.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use only what is necessary: a session cookie (to keep you signed in), your language choice and your settings in the browser. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so no separate consent is needed. Your browser also keeps the randomizer history, "Weapon of the day" practice and stream game settings — they are never sent anywhere. Fonts are hosted on our server; only the OBS statistics widget pages still load fonts from Google Fonts.

The stream games (Bayou Battle, Bayou Derby) read the public Twitch chat directly in the streamer's browser. Chat messages never reach our server and are not stored.

9. International transfers

The site runs on Cloudflare's global server network (a US company), so data may be processed outside the EU. If a processor handles data outside the EU, we use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes

We will announce significant changes on the site at least 14 days in advance. The version number and date are at the top of this page.
